Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your board game or accessory must be in the same condition that you received it — unplayed and unopened, with all components intact, shrink wrap or seals unbroken, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The return address depends on the region your order was shipped from. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the specific return address in your return confirmation email. Please do not send items back without first contacting us at support@roomizgames.com.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any components are missing, the game is damaged, or you received the wrong item. We want every game night to go smoothly — contact us and we'll make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened board games or games with broken seals
  • Custom or personalized items (such as custom game inserts or engraved accessories)
  • Digital downloads or game print-and-play files
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right game or accessory is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, contact us at support@roomizgames.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (e.g., "I wish to withdraw from my purchase of [item], ordered on [date], received on [date]"). Your item must be returned in the same condition received — unplayed, with all components intact and in its original packaging — along with your receipt or proof of purchase. The 14-day withdrawal period begins the day you receive your order.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
