Return Conditions

To be eligible for a withdrawal, your board game or accessory must be returned in the same condition you received it — unplayed and unopened, with all components intact, seals unbroken, and in its original packaging.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
